Magic Pass offers insurance options depending on your country of residence. Insurance can only be added when purchasing your pass.
For guests living in Switzerland or outside the European Union, Magic Pass offers two insurance products with its partner Helvetia:

For residents of France and other EU countries, Magic Pass works with Verspieren to provide two dedicated packages:
Reimbursement of your Magic Pass if illness or accident prevents you from using it.
Includes all Pass insurance benefits plus.
The value of your pass is divided into 15 days of use.
If you are unable to use your pass due to illness or accident, the unused days can be reimbursed.
Compensation is calculated as follows:

* Days of use before 1st November are not counted. From 1st November, 1 day of skiing or 1 spa entry = 1 day of use.
Without insurance, Magic Pass cannot offer any reimbursement in case of illness, accident, or rescue costs.
Claims for the 2025–2026 season must be submitted by 31st July 2026.
