With sales up by 9% this season, Magic Pass, now in its seventh year, has proved a hit with 180,000 mountain enthusiasts. Customers can now use the pass to ski in Italy and in France’s Jura and Chablais regions for the same price of CHF 399.–. With more than two million skier-days, Magic Pass is the leading Swiss ski pass.

The Magic Mountains Cooperation is presenting the record results of its fifth season. Magic Pass has provided 164,700 people with unlimited access to the mountains in both summer and winter. New for the 2023–24 season, the pass will now include 16 new resorts and is expanding into Bernese Oberland, Upper Valais, north of the canton of Vaud and in the canton of Lucern while keeping the same price. Magic Pass is on sale from midday today.

Last April, the news seemed incredible! Today, MAGIC PASS has become reality for the 81’538 happy holders of the magic ticket. The new MAGIC PASS concept offers a single season ticket for 25 ski resorts. After 5 months of pre-sales, the results are super encouraging as the increase in the number of season tickets sold is already at 2.3 times more than previous seasons. In total, 43% of the 25 stations seasonal sales have already been reached by the end of September 2017 (in comparison to the average of the last 3 seasons). The MAGIC PASS model is completely reinvigorating the winter sports and mountain tourism sector with a forecast of around one million skiing days for this coming winter.
