1. Description
Magic Pass passes are lift passes valid in both summer and winter. They are valid from May 1 to April 30 of the following year. During their validity period, they may be used on all installations of the partner companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Partners”), namely:

* Magic Pass grants access to this partner’s installations only during the winter season (November 1 to April 30). Access during the summer season is excluded, even if the installations are open.
** At Saas-Fee, Magic Pass does not grant access in summer to either the Metro Alpin or the summer ski area.
2. Sales Conditions
Prior to any purchase of a Pass, the Customer must create a MAGIC PASS customer account.
For this purpose, the customer must provide a valid email address, create a personal password, and provide their date of birth.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and authentic information.
2.1 Sales Period
Passes are offered for sale annually via the following websites:
2.2 Payment Conditions
For purchases made via the online sales website (Internet), payment is only possible through an electronic payment system (credit card or TWINT), or via HeyLight, which offers instalment payments until September 8, 2026.
2.3 Age Categories
Young child: up to 5 years old, accompanied by parents (in 2026: born in 2021 or later) – MAGIC PASS does not offer passes.
However, MAGIC PASS informs the customer that it is necessary to visit the ticket office to obtain a valid transport ticket.
For applicable fares and related conditions, MAGIC PASS invites the Customer to refer to the conditions of the respective resorts.
Child: passes apply to children aged 6 to 15 (in 2026: born between 2011 and 2020).
Adult: passes apply to persons aged 16 and over (in 2026: born in 2010 or earlier).
The year of birth determines the Customer’s applicable Pass category. In all cases, MAGIC PASS website automatically calculates the applicable Pass based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
2.4 Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs or euros and include VAT (applicable depending on the country: Switzerland / France).
2.5 Validity
The Pass may be used by the Customer upon receipt of the Pass card and not upon payment.
Magic Pass informs the Customer that it is mandatory to physically carry the Pass card in order to access the Installations. Magic Pass will not grant access to the Installations to customers who do not physically present their Pass card.
The Customer is informed that they cannot benefit from the Pass and/or the Installations without presenting their Pass card. A copy, QR code of the Pass, or any other document, whether digital or otherwise, will not allow the Customer to benefit from the Pass and/or access the Installations.
In the event that the Pass card is forgotten and/or lost, the Customer must request a duplicate, which will be charged at the applicable fee in force at the time of the request, and/or purchase another lift ticket.
2.6 Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
They have a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract, i.e. from the receipt of the Pass order confirmation sent by MAGIC PASS to the Customer by email.
In this case, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw in writing through an unambiguous statement sent via their customer account and/or by post to the following addresses:

Upon receipt by MAGIC PASS of the Customer’s notice of withdrawal, MAGIC PASS shall refund in full the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Pass(es).
2.7 Resale / Purchase via Third Parties
Resale of Passes is strictly prohibited.
Passes are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable, and may only be used by the person specified at the time of purchase. They may only be used by the person named on the Pass card.
Each Partner Resort may carry out usage checks. When passing through an access gate, the system takes a photograph of the customer for verification purposes.
Only sales through partner resorts and the MAGIC PASS website are authorized.
MAGIC PASS reserves the right to cancel any Pass purchased through a third party.
2.8 Pass Card (Keycard)
Magic Pass provides a pass card (keycard) free of charge at the time of purchase and ensures that it is compatible with all Partners.
In the event of loss, the Customer must request a duplicate, which will be charged at the applicable fee in force at the time of the request (at the time of these Terms: CHF 40 / €40).
2.9 Baths Option
The “Baths” option may only be used by the customer upon receipt of the subscription card, and not from the time of payment. If the customer adds the “Baths” option after receiving the subscription, the card will be valid from the following day.
MAGIC PASS informs the customer that it is mandatory to physically carry the subscription card in order to access the baths. MAGIC PASS cannot grant access to the “Baths” service to customers who do not present their subscription card physically. The customer is hereby informed that they will not be able to use the subscription and/or access the baths without presenting their subscription card, and that a copy and/or a QR code of the subscription and/or any other document, whether digital or otherwise, will not be sufficient to use the subscription and/or access the baths.
In the event that the subscription card is forgotten and/or lost, the customer must request a duplicate card, which will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of the request, and/or purchase another transport ticket.
Access to the baths is limited to one (1) single entry per day and per establishment. Access to another establishment on the same day is only permitted five (5) hours after the first entry.
3. Scope of Services
The services included in the Pass correspond to those included in a daily lift pass at all Partner resorts. If public transport is included in a resort’s day pass, it is also included in the Pass.
Bike transport is included in the Pass.
4. No-Refund Policy
Except in the case where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the required terms and deadlines, Passes purchased may not under any circumstances be refunded, even in the event of illness or accident.
Only persons who have subscribed to an insurance policy offered at the time of purchasing their Pass may claim a refund, subject to the conditions of the relevant insurance policy as defined on the Magic Pass website. Any refunds are processed directly by the insurance provider. Magic Pass does not refund any Pass.
There is no guarantee that all Partner Installations will be fully or partially open, and no right to reimbursement, even partial, exists in cases such as:
Furthermore, there is no guarantee regarding the full or partial opening of the Partners’ Installations; no right to any refund, even partial, shall apply, in particular in the event of non-opening, refusal to accept the Pass (for example, failure to read the Pass), partial opening or closure of the Installations.
Magic Pass shall not be held liable for any inability, unavailability and/or inaccessibility of the Installations, for any reason whatsoever.
5. Special “Pandemic” Provision
Exceptionally, and only in the event of a pandemic resulting in the complete closure of all installations of all the Partners listed (excluding closures due to weather or snow conditions), Magic Pass will offer a personal, non-transferable credit to each Customer, valid for the purchase of a future Pass.
In this case, the credits are subject to the following conditions:
- The Customer used their Magic Pass for fewer than 15 days during the validity of the Pass (summer and winter); and
- The closure occurs between:
- July 1 and August 31 (summer)
- December 15 and March 31 (winter)
If these conditions are met, the credits will be as follows:
Summer credits
- Closure less than 30 days: CHF 0
- Closure 31 days or more: CHF 20 credit (Child: CHF 10)
Winter credits
- Closure less than 20 days: CHF 0
- Closure 21–45 days: CHF 60 credit (Child: CHF 30)
- Closure 46–90 days: CHF 120 credit (Child: CHF 60)
- Closure more than 90 days: CHF 180 credit (Child: CHF 90)
In the event of a closure outside the periods mentioned above, no credit shall be granted. Summer and winter credits may be combined for the same Customer. Credits apply only to the base offer and exclude options.
6. Improper Use of the Pass
Fraudulently used days shall also be charged to any third party who has used a Customer’s Pass. The Customer holding the Pass is responsible for keeping their Pass secure in order to prevent any non-compliant and/or abusive use by third parties, including members of their family and/or entourage. Furthermore, a terminated Pass may not under any circumstances be reinstated, except upon the purchase of a new Pass.
Magic Pass nevertheless reserves the right not to sell a Pass to any Customer and/or third party who has previously made non-compliant and/or abusive use of a Pass.
In the event of the unintentional exchange of passes between members of the same family and/or within the same order, the issuance of a duplicate will be at the expense of the persons concerned: CHF 10.00 / €10.00 per duplicate request.
In the event of non-compliant and/or abusive use of a Pass with a partner offering an option, this article shall also apply.
Any Customer holding a Pass undertakes to comply with the applicable French legal and regulatory provisions in force, in particular within the partner resorts, relating to ski resorts and/or the Installations.
Magic Pass may, at its sole discretion, determine whether the behavior of a Customer holding a Pass is non-compliant and/or abusive and/or in violation of applicable safety rules or legal/regulatory provisions.
Any breach by the Customer of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, including the proper use of the Pass, or any failure to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and/or safety provisions, shall result in the immediate termination of the Pass.
The Customer shall be liable to pay the amount of CHF 250.00 / €250.00 as Magic Pass service fees.
7. Liability
The Pass provided by Magic Pass to the Customer corresponds to the description given. Magic Pass is subject to an obligation of means to provide access in accordance with the description of the Pass selected by the Customer. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to prove and substantiate any alleged non-conformity. The Customer is solely responsible for the information provided at the time of purchasing the Pass and for the choice of the Pass.
Magic Pass shall only be held liable in the event of proven fault or negligence and such liability shall be limited to the direct damages suffered by the Customer, to the exclusion of any indirect damages of any kind.
In any event, should Magic Pass be held liable, the total amount of any sums payable by Magic Pass shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for the Pass at the time of the event giving rise to the damage suffered by the Customer.
8. Entirety of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Magic Pass and the Customer. They supersede any other agreement that may previously have been concluded between Magic Pass and the Customer.
9. Personal Data Protection
Magic Pass undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations governing the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable as of 25 May 2018 (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
In the context of the performance of these Terms and Conditions, Magic Pass may process the Customer’s personal data. Magic Pass therefore acts as the data controller.
9.1 Purpose of Processing
The Customer is informed, and undertakes to inform the persons concerned where applicable, that Magic Pass implements the processing of personal data in order to enable it to manage, invoice and monitor its contractual relationship with the Customer. Such processing is also intended to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to Magic Pass.
The Customer is informed that they are photographed when passing through the installations. These photographs are taken for the purpose of ensuring that the Pass is used by its holder and for safety reasons, in particular in the event of an accident on the ski areas, in order to assist the competent authorities in locating and/or assisting Magic Pass Customers who are Pass holders.
For this purpose, the following is specified:
9.2 Data Collected
The personal data processed as part of this processing include the Customer’s first name, last name, email address, telephone number, billing data, postal code, and photographs taken when passing through the Installations in connection with the provision of the Pass.
9.3 Legal Basis and Recipients
The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship between the Customer and Magic Pass.
Depending on operational requirements, the processed data may be communicated to the authorized departments of Magic Pass, to services responsible for oversight (including auditors and accountants), and to potential subcontractors of Magic Pass.
Personal data may also be shared with: security authorities of the Installations and public authorities, solely in order to comply with the legal obligations of Magic Pass and/or to assist Customers.
9.4 No Assignment or Transfer of Data
Personal data shall not be assigned, rented, or exchanged with third parties. By way of exception, such data may be shared with Magic Pass partners responsible for the processing, management, and payment of the Pass.
9.5 Rights of Individuals
The data subject has the right of access, rectification, objection, restriction (i.e. the temporary inaccessibility of their data), erasure of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
When exercising the right to data portability, the data subject may choose either (i) to receive the personal data concerning them that they have provided to Magic Pass or (ii) to transmit those data to another data controller, insofar as the processing of such data is carried out by automated means. The data shall be provided or transmitted in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
To exercise these rights, the data subject must send an email to Magic Pass at the following address: privacy@magicpass.ch. Each request must be accompanied by proof of identity. In case of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the requesting person, additional information may be requested in order to confirm their identity.
In the event of manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive requests, Magic Pass reserves the right to refuse to act on such requests.
If, after acknowledgment of receipt of the Customer’s request by Magic Pass, no satisfactory response is provided within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of the request, the Customer is informed that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL regarding their personal data via the CNIL online complaints platform available at the following address: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes and/or by post at the following address:

9.6 Data Retention Period
Personal data are retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between the Customer and Magic Pass. They are subsequently archived for a period of five (5) years for evidentiary purposes and ten (10) years for billing data, except photographs captured during the Customer’s use of the Installations, which are deleted within six (6) months following the expiration and/or termination of the Pass, for any reason whatsoever.
9.7 Data Security
Magic Pass ensures the security of personal data by implementing enhanced organizational and technical security measures.
9.8 Declaration
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares and warrants that they have informed the data subjects, and in particular any other persons concerned where applicable, of these provisions.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law for residents of the European Union and by Swiss law for all other Customers.
In the event of any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation and/or performance of these Terms and Conditions, the Parties agree that the courts of Sion shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Magic Pass reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In particular, Magic Pass reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue offering all or part of the Passes, provided that such discontinuation does not occur while the relevant Pass is still valid.
Any modification of the Terms and Conditions will be notified to the Customer via their Personal Account and/or via a notice on the Magic Pass website.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time the Customer accepts them at the moment of purchasing the relevant Pass.
